Hi Markus Raquet,
if I understand your question correctly then you want to permanently crop the
data that you clipped away with one (or multiple) clip-plane(s)? If yes then
you can do this easily, with the crop button in ImageVis3D. simply place you
clip-plane and click crop, this will create a new dataset with the clipped
reagions erased. Then apply the clip plane tool again to the new dataset.
Repeat this process until only the data that you want is left. If that's not
what you want or you have further questions simply mail or give me a call to
Saarbrücken (number below).
