Hi Randy,

I think our error reporting pipeline is currently down, but you can send us the error report via email. But before that maybe you can give me some more detailed information about the crashes? In general the OpenGL drivers in OS 10.10 are a little unstable, so depending on the chosen renderer there is good chance the app will crash. On most cases this can be fixed by choosing a different renderer. Using another OS is also a good option, if possible.

The lines you get look like the local bounding boxes (that would be a feature that can be disabled rather than a bug) but let’s focus on the crashes you reported first, and then check why you see those grid structures.

Cheers,
   Jens

Hi Liz-

I’m using the latest ImageVis 3.1.0 on a Max running OS X 10.10.  I’ve had some crashes and it give a fail to transfer file when trying to submit an error report.  Who is the appropriate person to forward these questions?

One more annoyance-  the attached image was rendered and saved and it has grid lines.

thanks,
Randy
