And thanks to both of you for the snacks and lunch each day. I definitely think that some Manta days over the summer, or at least an annual Manta week, are in order. There's just something about the intensity level when we all get together and code like we did. Grad labs are nice (except for ours, of course, which is still an oven), but it's definitely not the same.

Just a thought: A little more structure may have been beneficial. One example: code reviews. I know the CoE meetings, etc. this week took both Steve and Pete away more than they might have liked, but I think we got off to sort of a slow start because we didn't really know what was going on. Did anyone else notice that, or was it just me?

Thanks again, guys!  Let's do it again soon.

I would love to have some manta days-- let's do it (but don't
invite me if I don't check in code by Monday-- but not tonight; as
a Michael Bolton fan I have a date at the Tower at midnight).

It would be nice to have some kind of pseudo-wiki(sp?) to put
progress and images on.  I'd make a good start page for me.

I really appreciate everyone's efforts this week.  I think it was a lot of fun
and we got a lot accomplished!

I'd appreciate your feedback on the value of this.  This afternoon I mentioned
having a few "Manta Day"s over the summer where I block out some time and camp
out in the lab for a day.  Another idea is to have a future Manta day/week
that is devoted to a particular goal.  In particular, since many of you are
funded on C-SAFE then perhaps it will be worthwhile to make a C-SAFE demo once
a few more pieces are in place.

Any feedback (positive or negative) would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again,
Steve
