I run a PHPWiki (http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/) as a forum to keep in 
touch with some of my college friends.  It's been years since I set it up, 
though, so I'm not sure which Wiki implementation is superior at the 
moment.  But as I recall, it really wasn't too difficult to set up -- as 
long as you have a server with Apache and MySQL, one could probably be set 
up in a couple of hours.  If you like, I can dig into this a bit.
