Notice that there is an unresolved symbol:

You can use c++filt to demangle it:
c++filt \
_ZN5Manta11HeightfieldC1EPNS_8MaterialEPcRKNS_6PointTIdLi3EEES7_d

Manta::Heightfield::Heightfield(Manta::Material*, char*, Manta::PointT<double, 3> const&, Manta::PointT<double, 3> const&, double)

Sometimes you need to take the starting _ to get it to work.

Are you missing something from Heightfield? Do you need to update those files?
