[MANTA] Cygwin port of Manta

I managed to get a port Manta to Cygwin. There are a couple of things you need to do to get it to work in your local system.

1.  You must have X11 and opengl packages installed.
2. In order to run this you must run it from the lib directory (this is a path issue for Windows).

cd lib
../bin/manta

Let me know if you have problems running it (if you use it of course).
