By "pretty much everything" I mean the Media Fusion Environment / Manta integration (and only the MFStreamData.cc part of this). The normal user interface that uses GLX still works just fine and looks great running in a large window.

I think it's only slightly broken though--just deadlocking due to some combination of the two semaphores...
