Hey guys,

That's my bad. I had an "#if 1" where there should have been an #ifdef
MANTA_SSE".  I'm fixing it now.

My hope is that the grid isovolume work is mainstream enough to merit 
placement
in Model/Primitives. Octree volumes are a bit more questionable, but if I can
get this SSE implicit BVH code working then they should be pretty attractive
for general-purpose.
