[Manta] New Dashboard tester

Solomon and I have set up a new dashboard tester for Manta. Currently it only tries to compile the code, but in the near future it will include performance and scalability tests on a variety of systems.

It looks like Thiago's checkins are causing build errors for several files. Please look here:

Note that we changed Manta to build the following scenes by default:

scene 0
primtest
triangleSceneViewer

For new builds they are turned on by default, for old builds, you should turn them on as these will be compiled tested.

In the next couple of days we'll start it sending mail out if stuff doesn't compile or a test fails.
