There currently is no support for that, but it should be rather easy to add. 
I personally have no plans on adding that since I'd rather spend my time 
porting over a fast bvh builder (Ingo Wald's RT07 paper) which negates that 
need.

        Hi Everybody,

we're using some medium-sized models (Stanford Repository) using 
triangleviewer 
for testing our system right now, and building the BVH takes quite a bot of 
time 
every time it's run.

Is there a way to export the model with BVH information from Manta to speed 
up 
loading for repeated runs?
