Did you want it to be a default? What is wrong with setting it in ccmake?

i was just playing around with cmake on my macbook, and eventually found that w/ X11 under osx, you have to compile in 32 bit mode (i faintly remember somebody from this list telling me once). now i also found how to set icc into 32-bit mode (-m32, who'd have guessed), but I have not yet found a "nice" way of making cmake set that, except for manually setting it in the CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS and CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS. I've looked at the manta config files, but couldn't find any -m32 in there at all -- is there a trick ? If not, how is that done in manta ?
