Try a fresh build: either delete all of the files in your build
directory or create a new build directory, and re-run ccmake. Below
you are correctly setting the PYTHONPATH using bin/pythonpath.csh.
The file lib/manta.py contains the manta python module, this file must
be in your python path (it might not be being rebuilt correctly by
cmake after the major SCIRun dependency change).

How do I do a fresh configure? At the moment I'm checking out the
head version from the repos and compiling it.
I recompiled from r1879 just now and I can produce the same
error. Note that ./bin/manta exists and runs perfectly. However
if I run
python SwigInterface/runwxmanta.py it tells me the module manta
doesn't exist. See error.txt for log.
