[Manta] Rebuilding KD-tree/BVH

Hi,

I don't know too much about kd-tree/BVH except that they partition the 
space so we don't have to do intersection test of a ray with all the 
primitives in the scene. My question is do we have to rebuild it every
time we move the camera? How about transformation on the object?
