he's talking about the wxPython gui. I can't translate very well because I don't know what up vector x, lookdown y really means but I can tell you what the Manta parameters are. Eye is where the camera is located. Lookat is the point that the camera is looking at. Up is essentially the orientation of the camera along the axis from the eye to the lookat point.

In SCIRun we have this nice feature "up vector x, look down y".  How
would I do such a thing in Manta?

I see Camera->edit camera but I don't know what "eye", "lookat", "up",
etc.... are.  I searched the Manta wiki but found nothing.

Any help is appreciated.
