While you are at van you fix it so that the commit messages come from addresses other than I had to modify the default mail script to do this on the old server.

So the good new is I can fix the access the Bad news is that if the Project is public All the files show up in the web page so hacking the access controls is useless I am see if there is a way to fix that part of it.
