:) Nope. The libs under VTK/Utilities don't need to be in vtk style.
We aren't that stubborn.

The advantage of including Manta in the VTK source is that binaries
could depend on it.
The disadvantages are that it has to compile on Windows and be warning
free there and elsewhere (-Wshadow looks problematic).
