[Manta] image-based ambient occlusion

For those that may be interested I have added an IB ambient occlusion
that uses the same calculations for ao to get diffuse image based
lighting off of a background for "free" in order to get some quick and
dirty better looking publication images for some papers/poster.  It
takes an arbitrary background so the scene itself doesn't need to have
an actual background.  There are no other light types that support image
sampling yet so it is really a partial implementation.
