[SCIRUN-USERS] crash

Hi:

While running the tutorials, SCIRun has crashed with the message:

scirun> error: num_inits 549, num_fails 270
Thread_pthreads.cc: Mac OSX SEM_INIT: sem_open failed (twice): FieldReader-block : Too many open files
Thread "main"(pid 7345) caught signal SIGABRT (Abort)
/Volumes/Local/Users/paulo/bin/scirun: line 2: 7345 Abort trap ./scirun

This is a G3@500MHz with 576MB RAM, OSX 10.3.3 and Apple's X11. SCIRun version is 1.20.2.

I'll report further if it happens again.
