Hi Eduardo,

The file you have found is the source file, rather than the executable version. Did you download the "source" RPM? If so, you need to run configure and compile the system before you can run any of the applications. Here's the installation webpage that describes this in more detail:

Please email me (dmw@sci.utah.edu) or Dav de St Germain (dav@sci.utah.edu) directly if you have any problems getting the software installed.

Also, I didn't find the converter programs on SCIRun/bin/StandAlone/convert. I found them on SCIRun/src/StandAlone/convert. Can that be the reason of why I can't run the converter commands?
