sir

i wanted to convert a text file(attached) to sparserowmatrix

but i am getting this error

[ashok@linux1 convert]$ ./TextToSparseRowMatrix  ~/avvtxt/avbt.txt
~/avvtxt/avbt.mat -oneBasedIndexing
nrows=7249 ncols=733 # of non-zeros=9822
Error: Column -1073748941 at entry 1 is out of range.
[ashok@linux1 convert]$

also i am getting the same error for all of the similar text file
which i wanted to convert to sparserow matrix
actually these text files were created in matlab from  block
decomposition of the forward matrix .
the maximum value of the non zero number is  200.9416
the minimum of the non zero number is  -73.7286

i had attached the text file

as i am just user of scirun iam unable to interpret the error
messages
please help me to solve this error
