To: SCIRun/Map3d Users.

Dear Researcher,

   We would _very much_ appreciate it if you would take just a few
minutes and give us some feedback on your current use of SCIRun and/or
Map3d.  The more detail you can give, the better, but even one or two
sentences would be valuable.  If you would just fill in answers for
the following questions and send them back to me (dav@sci.utah.edu),
it will be most appreciated.

   Again, please take the time right now to respond to this
questionnaire; it will take less than 5 minutes.  Your response is
invaluable and will be kept completely anonymous.  (You are receiving
this email because you are on the map3d/SCIRun users mailing list.  If
you do not wish to be on this list, please respond to me and I will
immediately remove you.)

0) Have not yet looked at SCIRun but plan to soon.
1) Tried it but could not get it to install, so gave up.
2) Installed and looked at it, but did not find it useful.
3) Used SCIRun for a specific research task but do not use it now.
4) Use SCIRun occasionally (once a month).
5) Use SCIRun often (once a week).
6) Use SCIRun often and have added my own modules to supplement it.
7) Other (please specify)

What do you use SCIRun for?
