Hi,

  What version of the compiler are you using?  (gcc --version)  Also,
can you send me your src/Core/Datatypes/TypeName.h file so I can take
a look at it.  One more thing, what version of SCIRun are you using?
Look in src/main/sci_version.h (or if you don't have one, look at the
top of src/main/main.cc.  Please feel free to send me this information
directly. 

  (I assume that you installed the thirdparty software successfully?)
