./scirun -e <path to .net file>
will execute a network within scirun from the command line. It will not
exit until you either kill it externally or select exit from the file
menu.
./scirun -regression <path to .net file>
will execute and exit if you have a viewer window open in your .net. It
will dump an image of what was in the viewer window after execution,
then exit. If you dont have a viewer I think it will exit after 3
mins...
