Hello,
I've recently upgraded to Fedora Core 4, and I was wondering if any of
you have successfully installed SCIRun on it? I have built ITK with no
problems using the last CVS build from their website. However, I'm
trying to configure SCIRun from the build-dir like:
../src/configure
--with-thirdparty=/usr/local/SCIRun/Thirdparty/1.24.1/Linux/gcc-4.0.0-32bit
--enable-package="BioPSE MatlabInterface Teem Insight"
--with-insight=/usr/local/lib/InsightToolkit
After that goes through without a hitch, I run the 'make' command and
eventually it gives me this error:
/usr/local/include/InsightToolkit/Common/itkSmartPointer.h: In member
function ‘bool itk::SmartPointer<TObjectType>::operator==(R) const [with
R = int, TObjectType = itk::Object]’:
../src/Packages/Insight/Dataflow/Modules/Filters/BinaryThresholdImageFilter.cc:119:
instantiated from ‘bool
Insight::BinaryThresholdImageFilter::run(itk::Object*) [with
InputImageType = itk::Image<float, 2u>, OutputImageType =
itk::Image<float, 2u>]’
../src/Packages/Insight/Dataflow/Modules/Filters/BinaryThresholdImageFilter.cc:231:
instantiated from here
/usr/local/include/InsightToolkit/Common/itkSmartPointer.h:86: error:
invalid static_cast from type ‘int’ to type ‘const itk::Object*’
make: ***
[Packages/Insight/Dataflow/Modules/Filters/BinaryThresholdImageFilter.o]
Error 1
Do any of you have a suggestion on what might be causing the problem and
what I can do to fix it? Your help is much appreciated. Thanks!
