Hey Alark,
Just FYI:
There's a supplemental project to the NCRR center (the center
which funds SCIRun development) which among other things, will extract the
existing volume rendering functionality of SCIRun into a standalone library,
reimplement the fragment shaders in more maintainable GLSL, and add additional
flexibility for loading in multiple volumes and a wider range of transfer
functions. The target date for a preliminary version of that library
is mid-January.
Best,

Subject: [SCIRUN-USERS] Cg
Shaders in BioImage/SCIRun?
Hello,
I am interested in using Cg shaders in BioImage to
render medical datasets. Has anyone tried modifying shaders in the Volume
Rendering modules?
Thanks,
Alark
