Hello SCIrun users,
I would like to use BioPSE to generate a FEM-based MEG lead field
from T1 and/or T2 structural MRI volumes. Can this be done entirely
within BioPSE? Specifically, I cannot figure out how to generate the
conductivity tensors required by ForwardMagneticField. I imagine it
requires segmentation of the MRIs and mesh generation, but I can't
find any examples of how to do this. Any ideas? If I need to use an
external program for this procedure, any recommendations on good
programs for Linux?
Thanks,
Sarang Dalal
