I'm downloaded this package:
SCIRunBioPSE-1.24.2-rh9.0.i386.rpm
from your site.
So, to check the SciRun installation, as per the instructions I did this.
/usr/local/SCIRun/bin/
and typed
./scirun.
It gave me this following error;
./scirun: error while loading shared libraries: liblapack.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
what am I to do now? will be grateful if I am answered as early as possible. Thanks.
