Hi,
I am trying to figure out whether I can use Biopse for our modeling
research. I want to model stimulation of the brain by implanted
electrodes. Can I do that in Biopse? In the respective tutotial a
dipole is used as a source. Can I implement a model of the actual
electrode and impose the source conditions on the electrode?
Furthermore, as far as I understood Biopse needs a mesh as an input. If
I can get the geometry of specific brain regions from atlases, can
SCIRun assist me in reconstructing these regions in 3D and generate a
mesh that I can then use as an input to BioPSE?
Thank you in advance,
Stamatis
