Hi,

I tried to compile tcl for gcc 4.1 and I have this message :

checking if 64bit Sparc VIS support is requested... no
checking system version (for dynamic loading)... ./configure: line 5970: syntax error near unexpected token `('
./configure: line 5970: ` case `(ac_space=' '; set | grep ac_space) 2>&1` in'
command FAILED! : ./configure --prefix="/usr/local/SCIRun/Thirdparty/1.24.2/Linux/gcc-4.1.0-32bit"

I had another error on configure file before, but I found the bug, but now i don't know how to do it.

this is the lines on configure file :

(set) 2>&1 |
 case `(ac_space=' '; set | grep ac_space) 2>&1` in
 *ac_space=\ *)


I used the "install" file from Thirdparty to install, but I changed a line, because it deletes the archive and I needed ton keep my modified configure file but the rest of the file is the same

anyone had this error ?
