Ehsan,

What version of SCIRun are you trying to build? 3.0.0? or 3.0.2?

When you get the error "wrong # args: should be "validDir name"
wrong # args: should be "validDir name"
                                    while executing
                                   "validDir "
How are you starting BioImage? Using the command line? Or clicking an icon (Windows)? Are you giving it a filename? Thanks.
