[SCIRUN-USERS] How can I install the SCIRun/Biopse from source?

I am new to SCIRun. I have tried to install the Windows version from source, 
but
the software doesn't work. I've done all the steps that are in the
documentation, but it's impossible. I think that there is a problem with the
compiler (I have download MS Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition) because when I
try to compile it says:

CMake Error: The C compiler "cl" is not able to compile a simple test program.
(...)
LINK: fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'user32.lib'
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
But this file is in the path.
What can I do?
