[SCIRUN-USERS] stereo support

Even though it did not work on demo day, I was able to stereo working by changing the code in OpenGL.cc to force stereo.

The stereo toggle box never comes on even though the stereo check returns true for me and works great. Perhaps this should
be coded so that the stereo box is not grayed out and if checked returns an error or just works as in my case.
