SCIRun doesn't actually call TransformLocalVectorToPhysicalVector, it is
called by the itkGradientRecursiveGaussianImageFilter.txx code over on
the ITK side.  They probably didn't clean all of those up properly.  If
that is the case then you will want to do that replacement in the ITK
source code or simply comment out that filter from your SCIRun code.
