Hi, I am attempting to compile SCIRun 4.6 on Debian Linux and running
into some problems with the Insight module. There are some issues with
gcc-4.6 and namespace usage (std::string is required but string is
written). Once past that, we run into problems with get_gui when the
code is 97% built (per cmake).

It seems like the Insight module has perhaps been abandoned within the
code. What is the current status of the Insight module? How should we
proceed if we need it?
