[SCIRUN-USERS] Export field data in vtk format

The Sept 2014 release of 4.7 provides the ability to use ReadField and WriteField to read/write trisurffields in legacy vkt format.

However, it appears that these files contain only geometry and do not export data. Are there plans to export data with geometry in vtk files?
