Regarding Simulation of Transcranial Direct Current documentation:
The definition of the M, A1, A2, B,C matrices is rather ambiguous to me. I know matrices in finite element are defined on element by element basis and then the global matrix is formed through assembly. Does this apply to A2, B,C matrices as well? especially, that phi_i definition varies from element to element at the same node (elements sharing a node have different definitions of shape functions at the shared node). Am I missing something?
