Eduardo,

My name is Eduardo Alho, I am a neurosurgeon and I have interest in modelling electric fields (Volume of tissue activation) from Deep Brain Stimulation electrodes. I have downloaded Scirun/bioPSE but I cannot find any tutorials for performing this. Can you recommend some documentation/tutorial?

This is a complex process, and we do not have end to end tutorials on our website. Some of these skills are taught in the IBBM course in Park City each summer. What specifically would you like to do? Feel free to contact me directly and I can provide more direction. In particular, we now have a platform to share activation models via an iPad app.
