Nader hi,

just to add to Jess' comment --- we do not currently have any capability in SCIRun to simulate active brain response to stimulation. We can simulate stimulation in the brain as a passive volume conductor. So if you can, as Jess requests, explain a bit more what you are looking for then we could figure out reasonable next steps.

best,

Dana

Hi Nader,

SCIRun is capable of simulating some types of brain stimulation.  Do you mind providing more detail about the type stimulation and what kind of responses that you are looking for?

cheers,
Jess

Dear SCIRun rep,

I have an application in which it requires stimulating and getting responses from the brain and I wonder if your package is capable of handling it. So please let me know if we can set a phone meeting to discuss the detail.

Kind regards
Nader
