[Seg3D] export segmentation to COMSOL

Hello everybody,

I am looking for a convenient tool in order to segment mri-data with the
possibility to export the output to matlab/comsol.The aim is to create
3D-FEM-model of a mouse in COMSOL.  

Assuming a successfull segmentation with Seg3D, how can I get the
data into comsol in order to create the 3D-model?

There is the possibility to export a matlab file, which contains all
information. But I did not see a straightforward way to create the
3D-model in COMSOL from it. Is there a possibility to export something
like a .stl file which can be directly imported by COMSOL?
