There have recently been some bug fixes related to spacing issues incorporated into the experimental version 1.13. Please try downloading this version and see if the problem persists. What file type are you using (dicom, mhd, nrrd, nifti, etc)? Can you email the entire header information or at least the fileds relating to dimension, spacing, space directions, slice thickness and origin? Right now, there is no way to manually override these within the program, but we may be able to either fix a bug or provide a suitable workaround.

Hello all,

We have encountered a problem when loading sagittal MR images into Seg3D.
Axial images load correctly and sagittal images do not. The pixel spacing and
image slice thickness are read incorrectly and the image is not displayed
properly. Is there a way to tell the program what the pixel spacing and slice
thickness should be so that we get the proper aspect ratio when viewing the
image slices?  Thanks in advance for any help.
