Hi Sila,

Each data layer now has its own contrast/brightness settings, which does what 
window level does: you can just change these settings using a slider.
If you want to change the values of the data itself -- contrast/brightness 
alters how it is shown -- there is the arithmetic filter where you can 
rescale the data if needed.
