Hi Chris,

The newest version (2.1) does not support exporting to Analyze - I can look into adding it. The earliest version of Seg3D that could be built for Windows (all previous version were Unix-only) is 1.3. I quickly tested the it on a 64-bit Windows 7 machine, and while the interface is tricky to work with, it appears to export Analyze formats correctly. The download is a zip file containing the executable and required libraries.

I have been trying to export data in the older analyze image format (.img, .hdr), by adding .img on the end of the filename when saving, and I am getting an export error in the most recent version (2.1).  The lab that is helping us with the project that recommended, and uses this method uses 1.2.  I am hoping if we use the same version it will help us with this specific problem, and eliminate any software differences in the future.

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

For our records, can you tell us why you need an older release?  Is there a feature missing or a data import problem?

Thanks!

Hello All,

I am interested in using an older version of Seg3D, specifically Seg3d 1.2.  I don't see the windows installer on the seg3d website, and was hoping someone could either send me the installer as an attachment, or link me to an ftp site so that I can download it.  Thanks in advance.
