Hi Chris,

As far as I can tell, version 1.6 is the last to support exporting to 
Analyze, although I found that it crashes on export on Windows. Until we get 
export to Analyze working again in Seg3D, I would recommend saving your 
volumes as NRRD files and converting them to Analyze - ITK-Snap should work. 
ImageJ supports Analyze as well.
