[Seg3D] Trouble installing 64-bit seg3d on 64-bit Windows 7 machine

Hello,

   I'm having trouble installing the 64-bit seg3d on my 64-bit Windows 7 machine. Currently it only loads and runs the 32-bit, but I think this is causing problems when I open some files (which won't open). Has anybody had this problem, is there a solution?
