Hi Abhijit,

It's not possible to save a transfer function or the volume rendering model in Seg3D. I recommend using SCI's ImageVis3D software (http://www.sci.utah.edu/software/imagevis3d.html) instead. The transfer function editors and rendering windows (documented here: http://www.sci.utah.edu/releases/imagevis3d_v1.3/ImageVis3D-1.3_docs.pdf) have much more functionality.

Isosurfaces can be saved in Seg3D in the legacy VTK file format. If you right mouse button (or secondary mouse button) click on the Mask layer box in the Layer Manager, you'll see a popup menu that offers that option.

Hello,
I was wondering if there a way a transfer function - used to create volume rendering using imported raw volume data - can be exported/saved. Also, Can the volume rendering model and isosurface model be saved?
Thanks,
Abhijit
