I have a student with this problem as well, running a Macbook Air.  I remember one of the students in the IBBM 2014 course running a Macbook Air also had this problem.

Hi Thomas,

I haven't seen this problem before. Can you please send your Mac OS X version and detailed graphics hardware and driver information?

Thanks,

Ayla

Greetings

I have been using Seg3D  for a while now (excellent program), however, as I begin to use more of its capabilities, this problem has arose.

I am importing a stack of tiffs (380 tiffs...approx 200x200 pixels...1.3 kb each).  I am able to scroll through the original image stack fine (Fig 1 attached).

However, when i begin to mask the images...scrolling through the images (with the masks) the rendering becomes jumbled (Fig. 2).  This is extremely inconvenient, especially when trying to use the paintbrush to amend the masks...

Has this problem occurred prior? and is there any way of improving the graphics memory?

Thanks
