Hi Samantha,

Can you send me the driver version? Also, can you look in your user Seg3D AppData folder to see if a log file was written before the crash (the log file pattern is Seg3D_#.#.#_YYYYMMDDT1HHMM...)? Usually, this is set up as AppData/Local/Seg3D2 under your user folder, but can also be found using the %appdata% environment variable.

Thanks,

Ayla

Hi,

The only video card listed is the NVIDIA GeForce GT 720. I just checked the drivers and they all seem to be updated.

Hi Samantha,

Can you tell us what video cards are installed on your windows machines?  Have you tried to update the drivers as well?

Hi Ms. Jurrus,

I hope this email finds you well. I'm an undergraduate researcher at the University of Delaware and I've been using Seg3D for my current project. For some reason, it won't work on the computers that we have in the lab and I was wondering whether you had any idea why this could be. I can load files and create projects, but as soon as I try to switch to 3D view with volumes, the program crashes. The computers run on Windows 7 Professional and have all the necessary system requirements as listed on the Seg3D website, as far as I know.

Any thoughts you have would be greatly appreciated!

All the best,

Samantha Dargis
