Adding to the previous mail:

I saw in the Release Notes that in version 2.3.1 there was a bug fix for the NIfTI file exporter (#107).

In the imageformats folder, I get this:

 qdds.dll
qicns.dll
qico.dll
qjp2.dll
qjpeg.dll
qmng.dll
qsvg.dll
qtga.dll
qtiff.dll
qwbmp.dll
qwebp.dll

I run Seg3D 2.4.0 (Seg3D Git build: heads/master 2f7c39b3b9) on Windows 10 x64

I got the following error: Could not create ITK exporter.
