Hi,
I'm not sure if this is something you can help me do, but I'm trying to
remote in to Seg3D on Lupulus from my laptop. I run Fedora 22 and I ssh in
through my terminal using ssh -X julia.cortino@lupulus.sci.utah.edu although
I've also tried it with -Y. I navigate to the folder I need and when I enter
the command to run the program, I get an error I'm not sure how to handle.
I've googled a bit to no avail and have had three people, including SCI
support, try to help and have been told to contact you for advice.
The error I get follows:
X Error: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation) 2
Extension: 154 (Uknown extension)
Minor opcode: 3 (Unknown request)
Resource id: 0x0
QGLContext::chooseContext(): Cannot share with invalid context
X Error: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation) 2
Extension: 154 (Uknown extension)
Minor opcode: 3 (Unknown request)
Resource id: 0x0
QGLContext::makeCurrent(): Cannot make invalid context current.
./Seg3D.sh: line 2: 29733 Segmentation fault
/home/sci/foote/software/Seg3D-2.3.2/bin/Seg3D/Seg3D2
/error
