I was wondering if there are any tutorials specific to trabecular bone analysis using SEG3D? (Specifcally just separating trabecular bone from cortical bone). 

Or, if not, if there are any interpolation functions if manually selecting an ROI through a stack? (so that not every image needs to be manually highlighted).

I've been trying to figure things out on my own all afternoon and haven't had much luck.
